Our Story

Born from art.
Grown around food.

Carmencita's 4120 began as a dream gallery. Founder Philip Abadicio — a veteran of the Manila public relations scene with decades immersed in the Philippine art world — moved to Tagaytay with one vision: to keep working with artists. His partners, meanwhile, imagined a café.

“We merged both ideas,” Abadicio recalls. The result is a creative sanctuary where culinary artistry and visual expression are inseparable — where every table sits beside a painting, and every exhibition is paired with a meal.

Situated on Lagusan Drive, just minutes off the main Tagaytay Road, Carmencita's 4120 is Tagaytay’s newest destination for those who believe that great food and great art belong together.

The Experience

Not just a restaurant.
A creative sanctuary.

Instagrammable, unhurried, and layered with art — Carmencita's 4120 was built for those who want more from a meal than the meal itself.

Garden Expansion

Al Fresco Dining

New outdoor garden seating is planned — letting diners enjoy meals surrounded by art and open Tagaytay air.

Family Space

Playground & Pool

A family-friendly zone is in the works, with a playground or swimming area to make Carmencita's 4120 a full-day destination.

The Gallery

Art Stays, Always

Despite plans to expand, Abadicio is firm: the gallery stays part of the restaurant. “Art enhances the dining experience. They belong together.”
